Tuesday didn’t quite live up to its expectations. A weak disturbance made it so Eugene barely got to 76 and Roseburg hit 80. Things will warm up just a bit for your Wednesday, after AM fog or low clouds,  just in time to start cooling off and clouding up as we approach the holiday weekend. Not much  change in my forecast for the Labor Day Holiday Weekend, still lots of clouds and at least a slight chance of showers. Saturday has the best chance of rain according to the computer models. That’s due to a low pressure area offshore. A series of weak disturbances will move through Oregon bringing the less-than-perfect holiday weather.

Don’t forget my quiz for this week. We’ve all heard of noise pollution and we usually blame large cities for causing it. What was the loudest noise in recorded history? You have the rest of the week to come up with the answer. Please leave your answer as a comment. The first person to correctly answer the question will receive one week of free personalized weather forecasts suited to your needs. Also, you can only win once per year. Good luck.
