An upper level low is sitting off the Oregon- Northern California coast. It will slowly migrate to the south and east, thus moving South of us and as a result will spin moisture northward toward us. A surface frontal system is moving Southeastward and will go through California and then high pressure will try to take over, but another upper level low will show up so there will be at least a chance of precipitation for the next 7 days, but the chances will be quite low. Wednesday will see another frontal system taking the same course.
