Saturday saw a record rainfall for Eugene with .74″ and I had .63″ in my rain gauge. The last day of the Eugene Celebration will see showers off and on all day with the high temperature around 70. Not the best of weather, but you’ll be fine if you take an umbrella. The Eugene Downtown Lions Club is having the drawing for their 2009 PT Cruiser at 4PM in the West Park Block at Oak Street. I’ll be the one calling the winner to let them know. We’ll be selling tickets right up until the drawing at 4:00PM. Monday’s weather will improve warming to the lower 70s for your Labor Day and by Tuesday, when everyone is back to work, we’ll get back to more normal temperatures.
