An upper level low is still spinning around offshore (see the blue arrows moving in a counterclockwise direction). The unsettled weather will continue as weak waves move into parts of the Pacific Northwest spun in by that low and another one that will replace it by Monday then pushing another complex frontal system through Oregon.
