An upper level high pressure ridge (the shaded “Arch” shape) has taken over our weather pattern and turned off the waterworks for the most part. A weak frontal system is falling apart as it moves into the Pacific Northwest and should produce only a slight chance of rain through this evening mainly north of the Eugene-Springfield area. The ridge will keep us dry with our standard issue late night and early AM fog for the rest of this week through the weekend. The ridge will weaken and move allowing upper level low pressure to take over sending storms our way by next Tuesday.
