What is a “Tall-end Charlie?” Please remember to post your answer as a comment by clicking on “no comments /comments” in the upper right hand portion of this page under the caption, then add your comment. An upper level high pressure ridge (the shaded “Arch” shape) has taken over our weather pattern and turned off the waterworks for the most part. A weak frontal system is falling apart as it moves through the Pacific Northwest. The ridge will keep us dry with our standard issue late night and early AM fog for today through the weekend. The ridge will weaken and move allowing upper level low pressure to take over sending storms our way by next Tuesday.
