_______________
A trough of low pressure (shaded area that’s “U” shaped ) is moving to the east and spreading south and high pressure is moving in after it. A weak frontal system (coming out of the Gulf of Alaska) is coming through today and will keep our temperatures at comfortable levels. As the low pressure moves out high pressure behind it will give us a short brighter period today, but the weekend won’t be perfect. The next storm system will be moving in late Sunday to Monday bringing with it more precipitation. Does this weather pattern sound familiar? At least most of the sunshine has been occurring over the weekend when a lot of people want to play or putter around outdoors.
