An upper level high pressure ridge (shaded “Arch” shape) that has been dominating our weather pattern will move away from us slowly. We’ll have more warmer than normal temperatures as they rise to around 80 Friday. An upper level low (Shaded “U” shape) will move up to the Oregon coast shifting the airflow from the southwest just in time for Mother’s Day on Sunday. The next cold front that will effect Oregon will increase the chance for rain Sunday .
