A high pressure ridge coming out of the Gulf of Alaska  (the “arch” formed by the blue arrows offshore) will dry us out and warm us up with temperatures getting about 10 degrees above average for the interior of Oregon. A frontal system will be pushing into the Pacific Northwest between Sunday and Monday bringing back the chance for rain.
