An upper level low (“U” shape) is crossing the coast and will move through Oregon returning the clouds and the chance of rain.  A frontal system will be pushing into the Pacific Northwest over the weekend increasing our chances for rain. Summer officially begins with the Summer Solstice at 10:04 AM PDT Friday.
