Advisories: There is a Green Algae warning that continues for Dexter Reservoir. Water monitoring has confirmed the presence of blue-green algae that can produce toxins, state public health officials said. The algae levels are likely associated with dangerous cyanotoxin concentrations in the water that can be harmful to humans and animals. Swallowing or inhaling water droplets, as well as skin contact with water, should be avoided according to the authorities.

A series of upper level low pressure troughs (Shaded “U” shapes or just in blue arrows) will keep our airflow moving onshore to keep at least some clouds over us. A cold front will move in Friday, but it doesn’t look like it will have much of an effect on our weather except to add a few more clouds and cool us down a bit. That means nice warm weather for the 44th Annual Oregon Country Fair Friday through Sunday.
