An upper level trough of low pressure (Shaded area then the east side of “U” is formed by the blue arrows). That means the airflow is from the Southwest which brings in more moisture and a new frontal system that is moving in from the Northwest. By Wednesday another stronger frontal system will be poised to push more rain into Oregon.

Mostly cloudy with a (30%) chance of showers Tuesday with a slight (20%) chance in the evening and a (30%) chance of rain Tuesday night high near 63 low near 46. Mostly cloudy with rain redeveloping Wednesday morning and a good (50%) chance of showers Wednesday night and (40%) Thursday through Friday night highs 65-56 lows 42-40. Mostly cloudy Saturday morning then a mix of clouds and sun and a (20%) chance of showers and (30%) Saturday night and Sunday highs 60-64 low 42.
