An upper level trough of low pressure (Shaded “U” area with blue arrows into Northern California). A  stronger frontal system brought us wind and more rain Wednesday and Wednesday night. The upper level low pressure will hang around keeping us under a wet weather pattern. Another storm system will approach the Oregon coast early next week.
