An upper level trough of low pressure (Shaded “U” area with blue arrows into Northern California) and a strong frontal system brought us wind and more rain Wednesday and and Thursday. Another upper level low pressure area will move down from off the coast of British Columbia keeping us under a wet and colder than normal weather pattern. Another storm system will approach the Oregon coast early next week.
