Here is my new weekly weather quiz question. What was the earliest recorded meteor shower that resulted in human deaths? Please place your answer as a comment after the forecasts on this page. The first person to post the correct answer will win one week of free personalized forecasts tailored to your needs. Good luck.

_______________

An upper level trough of low pressure (Shaded “U” area with blue arrows) is following the one that has been over us keeping Oregon  under a wet and colder than normal weather pattern.  A frontal system offshore is poised to move in and bring back the rainy weather. A warm front will move in first. Another frontal system looks like it will give us more serious rain for early next week. It’s still too early to be sure what kind of weather we will have for the Memorial Day Holiday weekend, but I’ll try. Each day as we get closer I’ll update what the possibilities are.

Advisories: NONE AT THIS TIME.
