The upper level airflow from over the Pacific Ocean is pumping moisture into the Pacific Northwest.  The next frontal system (just sliding into the coast) will bring us some heavy rain. A second  frontal system (shown: position on Friday) will move in and if we are lucky, after its passage,  it might be drier over the end of the weekend, with maybe a slight chance of sprinkles on Sunday.
