high pressure ridge still controls our weather, but the upper airflow is now swinging more from the coast adding moisture to the air and producing some much needed rain.  A frontal system slid in bringing the rain to us. A warm front (red line) moved in next increasing temperatures and the rain chances. We’re cooling down because the cold front has pushed well into the Pacific Northwest.
