high pressure ridge (Shaded “Arch” shape with blue arrows) is over the Pacific Northwest, but a low (Shaded “U” shape with blue arrows) will be moving slowly into California. A frontal system (shown still offshore) will bring rain through Oregon tonight and Thursday with a short break on Friday.  Two low pressure centers will bring rain to Oregon and California over the weekend.
