A trough of low pressure (the “U” shaped dip in the jet stream over the Pacific Ocean just offshore) has helped to push a frontal system into the Pacific Northwest and that new frontal system has moved through keeping us wet today with clearing starting Friday. That means wet weather today for the first part of the NCAA events, but sunshine and warmer for the Friday afternoon and Saturday events. A new weak storm will be moving in Monday cooling things down, but it doesn’t look like we will see any rain as a result.
