_______________

An upper level trough of low pressure (“U” shaped section of shaded area) is moving eastward away from us. High pressure (“Arch” shaped section of shaded area offshore) will be taking over and clearing the skies, warming the temperatures, and keeping the rain away for a quite a while.  A weak frontal system will slide through early next week, but all it will do is cool us down a bit and then we’ll warm up and still be dry for the rest of the week. It’s about time.
