high pressure ridge (Shaded “Arch” shape with blue arrows) has moved away from us and now an upper level trough of low pressure (Shaded “U” shape with blue arrows) has taken over returning clouds and rain. A frontal system moved through Oregon Tuesday, producing some much needed rain. The upper airflow 1s turning out of the southwest bringing quite a bit of moisture to the Pacific Northwest for the whole week.
