A blocking High Pressure ridge (Shaded “Arch” shape with blue arrows) is slowly moving away from us and an upper level low (Shaded “U” shape). Our next chance for showers will be Saturday when a front will approach the Pacific Northwest. It looks like there will be a chance for some showers Saturday and Sunday in Florence for the Rhododendron Festival this weekend.
