An upper level low (Shaded “U” shape with blue arrows) will be moving toward us increasing the  onshore flow and the chance for showers. Wednesday we could see much more moisture available as the low draws on the “Pineapple Express” (Hawaii) A frontal system will move approach Oregon between Friday and Saturday increasing the chance for more significant rainfall.
