Another upper level low (Shaded “U” shape with blue arrows) is moving in with a short-lived cooling trend in the Pacific Northwest. A frontal system is pushing into California from the west and along with the upper level low they combine to send moisture at us from the south and southwest.  Another frontal system looks like it will move through Oregon next Wednesday. Autumn officially begins with the Autumnal Equinox at 7:29 PM next Monday September 22nd.
