An upper level trough of low pressure (Shaded “U” shape with blue arrows) will stay close by to keep the flow of moisture moving through the Pacific Northwest. A frontal system fell apart as it moved into Oregon. Another frontal system has followed the upper level flow and moved into Oregon increasing our chances for rain.
