An upper level high (Shaded “Arch” shape with blue arrows) is going to remain north of us continuing to send cold air down from the north, but the coldest air will stay to the north as a low pushes air in from the southwest to overrun the colder air to the north. A frontal system is bringing clouds and precipitation that will begin by tonight.
