An  upper level high (Shaded “Arch” shape with blue arrows) is going to remain north of us continuing to send cold air down from the north, but the coldest air will stay to the north as  a low pushes air in from the southwest to overrun the colder air to the north. • A WINTER STORM WARNING IS IN EFFECT FROM UNTIL 1 PM TODAY NORTH OF I-140 FOR  THE KLAMATH BASIN, NORTHERN  AND EASTERN KLAMATH COUNTY, WESTERN, CENTRAL, AND EASTERN LAKE COUNTY.
• THE HEALTH ADVISORY ISSUED FOR THE PRESENCE OF BLUE-GREEN ALGAE IN  WICKIUP RESERVOIR IN DESCHUTES COUNTY HAS BEEN LIFTED. WATER MONITORING HAS CONFIRMED REDUCED LEVELS OF BLUE-GREEN ALGAE AND THEIR TOXINS.
• A HEALTH ADVISORY CONTINUES FOR THE PRESENCE OF BLUE-GREEN ALGAE IN WILLOW CREEK RESERVOIR IN MORROW COUNTY, 40 MILES SW OF BEND, FOR TENMILE LAKES IN COOS COUNTY, AND AT DEVILS LAKE IN LINCOLN COUNTY. THE TOXIC ALGAE BLOOM MEANS THAT PEOPLE SHOULD NOT DRINK OR HAVE DIRECT CONTACT WITH THE AFFECTED WATER AND THAT ALSO GOES FOR ANY PETS.
