An  upper level high (Shaded “Arch” shape with blue arrows) is moving eastward over and away from the Pacific Northwest returning the rain. A frontal system will move in returning the rain for your Wednesday. Another frontal system will push toward Oregon Friday making landfall by Saturday morning producing even more precipitation.
