An  upper level high (Shaded “Arch” shape with blue arrows) is moving eastward over and away from the Pacific Northwest returning the rain. A frontal system is moving through returning the rain. Another frontal system will push toward Oregon between Friday and Saturday morning producing even more precipitation.
