A stronger upper level High Pressure ridge (the “arch” shaped portion of the yellow lines) is over us and warmed us up quite rapidly. We did cool off a bit in the valleys yesterday. Most locations in the valleys will from near 90 to below 90 into the weekend as a result of that strong high pressure ridge moving . It will still be warm and dry this weekend for the Oregon Country Fair. A trough of low pressure will slide down from the Gulf of Alaska helping a cold front to drop down from the northwest Monday and cool us down a bit more.
