An upper level high pressure ridge  (Shaded “Arch” shape with blue arrows) continues to move eastward and will increase the moisture flow across the Pacific Northwest. A stationary front is straddling north of Oregon. It moved northward as a warm front and that means a warm day today, possibly even a record high this afternoon. The rain will return by late tonight. What looks like another frontal system should be approaching the coast by next Sunday.
