A stronger upper level High Pressure ridge (the “arch” shaped portion of the yellow lines) is slowly moving away from us. We did cool off a bit in the valleys yesterday. It will still be warm and dry this weekend for the Oregon Country Fair, but that also means it will be dusty. A trough of low pressure will slide down from the Gulf of Alaska helping a cold front to drop down from the northwest Monday and cool us down a bit more.
