An upper level low  (Shaded area with blue arrows off the northern California coast.) will move to the east and northeast over us. A frontal system over the Pacific Ocean is headed toward us and of course it will bring more moisture with it. Another frontal system will approach the Oregon coast late Monday night increasing the rain chances as it moves through.
