An upper level high pressure ridge (Shaded “Arch” shape) had been sitting over us keeping storms away.  We will see dry and cooler weather, but plenty of fog today and Thursday with a new frontal system returning the rain Friday. Skiers- Hoodoo is still operating (closed Tuesdays & Wednesdays), Willamette Pass (closed – opening again 1/10 & 1/11), and Mt. Ashland (closed, grooming now, decision to open will be made Thursday). Check their websites for conditions and specific schedules.
