An upper level high pressure ridge (Shaded “Arch” shape with blue arrows) has taking over drying us out and warming us up. A frontal system will return the chance of rain for your Friday night and early Saturday morning. An upper level trough of low pressure (Shaded “U” shape with blue arrows on first map) combined with a surface frontal system will bring back the chance of showers again by next Tuesday. Mt. Ashland is closed now waiting for more snow. They will open one last time this season on next Saturday March 28th, snow or now snow, for their “Big Mountain Bash.” Willamette Pass and Hoodoo have officially announced that this ski season is over for both of them.
