An upper level low pressure trough (Shaded “U” shape with blue arrows) sent a frontal system through Oregon to cool us off and return the chance of showers.  There will be a break today with weak high pressure (Shaded “Arch” shape with blue arrows) bringing a day of sunshine, then there will be a better chance of rain over the weekend as another frontal system moves through.
