Not much relief from the drought, but with northwesterly winds at least we clear out some smoke. A couple of upper level lows (Shaded “U” shapes with blue arrows) will march out of the Gulf of Alaska at us. That will keep us in cooler temperatures for short a while. A high pressure ridge (Shaded “Arch” shape with blue arrows on previous graphic) will really heat us up Tuesday.
