An upper level high pressure ridge (Shaded “Arch” shaped area with blue arrows) is weakening and flattening allowing more clouds and some moisture to move into the Pacific Northwest. A warm front (Red line with triangles on it.) moved in bringing a chance of rain that lasted into early afternoon. Look for a couple of frontal systems (position shown is Sunday) to be moving through the Pacific Northwest over the weekend. For those who are wondering, Daylight Saving Time officially ends and Standard Time returns at 2:00 am Sunday November 1st (Or at Bedtime Saturday October 31st, Halloween).
