An upper level high pressure ridge (Shaded “Arch” shaped area with blue arrows) is weakening and flattening allowing more clouds and some moisture to move into the Pacific Northwest. A frontal system (shown offshore) is headed our way bringing the chance of rain back. Another frontal system will be moving through the Pacific Northwest Tuesday. For those who are wondering, Daylight Saving Time officially ends and Standard Time returns at 2:00 am Sunday November 1st (Or at Bedtime Saturday October 31st, Halloween).
