A weak ridge of high pressure will be clearing things out again. Another frontal system will be moving through the Pacific Northwest Tuesday, but it will fizzle out and the high pressure will strengthen to keep the rain away from us. Remember, Daylight Saving Time officially ends and Standard Time returns at 2:00 am Sunday November 1st (Or at Bedtime Saturday October 31st, Halloween).
