An upper level low is moving into the California bringing a continued chance for rain. A frontal system moves into Oregon today dropping some more much-needed rain. There will be a short dry spell Tuesday through Wednesday afternoon then another frontal system will return the shower chances by Wednesday night into Thursday. Remember, Daylight Saving Time officially ends and Standard Time returns at 2:00 am Sunday November 1st (Or at Bedtime Saturday October 31st, Halloween).
