Sorry, no winner this week. Here is my weekly weather quiz question one last time. What location in the world set the record for the most snowfall in one season? Extra congratulations if you know the total snowfall measured and when it occurred. Here is the answer. Mt. Baker, Washington was the location where a total of 95 feet (1,140 inches) of snow fell in one season from July 1988 to June 1999. I’ll have another weekly weather quiz for you starting Monday. The first person to post the correct answer will win a week of free personalized weather forecasts tailored to your needs.

______________

A trough of low pressure is moving toward us (See “U” shape ) and that means the cooler weather will remain with us for a while longer.  Weak high pressure will warm us up a little early next week then a cold front will be moving through Oregon next Wednesday to bring temperatures back down again.
