Here is my weekly weather quiz question for the last time. What is “Obscuration?” Here is the correct answer. Obscuration is any atmospheric phenomenon, except clouds, that restricts vertical visibility (e.g., dust, rain, snow, etc.). I’ll have a new weekly weather quiz question for you starting Monday. Please remember to post your answer as a comment by clicking on “no comments /comments” in the upper right hand portion of this page under the caption, then add your comment. The first person to post the correct answer will win a week of free personalized weather forecasts tailored to your needs. The answer has to be a comment to win. An email answer will not count. Good luck.

The upper airflow will be bringing moisture back to the Pacific Northwest today. A frontal system will bring the chance of rain with it by early this morning. Another cold front will be moving into Oregon and California Wednesday for another round of wet weather. Remember, Daylight Saving Time officially ends and Standard Time returns next weekend at 2:00 am Sunday November 1st (Or at Bedtime Saturday October 31st, Halloween).
