High pressure (Shaded “Arch” shape with blue arrows) took over for a very short time and now low pressure (“Shaded “U” shape with blue arrows) returns with rain.  A frontal system moves through the Pacific Northwest spreading the rain threat. Another frontal system will be moving into Oregon and California Saturday for more rain. Remember, Daylight Saving Time officially ends and Standard Time returns this weekend at 2:00 am Sunday November 1st (Or at Bedtime Saturday October 31st, Halloween).
