An upper level low (Shaded “U” shape with blue arrows) has moved eastward as high pressure (Shaded “Arch” shape with blue arrows) takes over fro less than 24-hours. Low pressure returns Wednesday. It looks like a frontal system will drop down from the northwest bringing even more rain with it Friday and Saturday.
