Here is my new weekly weather quiz question. This one is also a movie trivia question. In the 1941 movie “Sergeant York” Gary Cooper plays Alvin York who was a bit of a rascal who kept getting into trouble. A particular weather event changes his life forever bringing him to turn to God and become a conscientious objector when he has go into the U.S. Army during World War I . What was that weather event? Please place your answer as a comment after the forecasts. The first person to post the correct answer will win one free week of personalized weather forecasts tailored to your needs. Good luck.

______________

A trough of low pressure is  moving Eastward away from us (See “U” shape ) and that means the cooler weather is  out.  Weak high pressure (See “Arch” shape”will warm us up starting today then a low pressure trough and a cold front will be moving through Oregon between Wednesday and Thursday to bring temperatures back down again.
