The Jet Stream will continue to bring our airflow from the Northwest. A warm front will move through today, but the cold front behind it will wait to move in Friday and Saturday. Weak high pressure will dry us out for a short time Saturday night and Sunday there may even be some afternoon sunshine. Now here is the forecast. Look for lots of clouds, a bit warmer, and rain will be likely (60%) this morning and a 50% chance of  rain tonight with highs in the mid 50s and lows in the mid 40s. Friday will see a 30% chance of rain increasing to a 50% chance Friday night. There will be a 40% chance showers Saturday, but Sunday should be dry with highs in the mid 50s. It will be mostly cloudy Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday with a slight chance of rain Monday, 30% chance Tuesday, and a 40% chance of rain Wednesday with highs in the mid 50s. In the Cascades, the snow level will rise from 5,500′ to 8,000′ this afternoon. Only 1″ of snow accumulation is expected early this morning. Snow levels will stay at or above 8,000′ through Saturday.

Your Ducks Football and Halloween evening forecast is for mostly cloudy skies and a 40% chance of showers. The temperature at kickoff time, 5:00 PM, will be about 53 and it will continue to cool down from there. So whether you are Trick-or-Treating or going to the game dress for wet and cool weather.
