Here again is my weather quiz question for the week. What is the warmest temperature ever recorded in the world and name the location. Please place your answer as a comment after the forecasts. The first person to post the correct answer wins a week of free personalized forecasts tailored to your needs. Good luck.

A high pressure ridge (See “Arch” shape) is warming us back up again quickly today and tomorrow maybe be our last very warm days of the season then another trough of low pressure (See “U” shape offshore) will replace the ridge and a cold front will move in over the weekend to cool us down again.
Note: With the changing weather pattern we will see a drastic drop in temperatures over the holiday weekend particularly in the foothills and mountains. Be prepared for cold temperatures at night and possible precipitation if you will be camping or engaging in any outdoor activities.
