The second of two low pressure disturbances (Shown as small shaded area) will move away from us taking the slippery weather with it as week high pressure tries to move in. A frontal system brings in more rain (AM freezing rain). By Saturday another frontal system approaches the Pacific Northwest. Local skiers continue to rejoice. The mountains have a lot of new snow and Willamette Pass, Hoodoo and Mt. Ashland are all open. Check their websites for updates.
