A large upper level low (Shaded U shape with blue arrows) is keeping our weather static with morning and late night dense fog and freezing fog and some afternoon warming. More frontal systems are pushed inland bringing more moisture with them. By Saturday another frontal system approaches the Pacific Northwest. Even more frontal systems line up offshore early next week. Local skiers continue to rejoice. The mountains have a lot of new snow and Willamette Pass, Hoodoo and Mt. Ashland are all open. Check their websites for updates.
