The upper airflow (Follow the shaded area with blue arrows) will be sending more moisture our way. A warm front (Shown in red) slides in bringing some rain then the cold front behind it falls apart. There will be a bit of a break Wednesday while another frontal system will approach the Oregon coast Friday bringing back the chance of rain.
